SNK has announced that "Duck King," the second character of Season 3 DLC for "Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves," will officially launch on August 27, 2026. This dance-fighting specialist from South Town will return to the ring with his unique rhythm and steps.
Trailer Video:
Duck King is one of the classic characters in the "Fatal Fury" series, having appeared since the first installment, "Fatal Fury: King of Fighters," in 1991. He is an eccentric fighter who perfectly blends professional dance with martial arts, maneuvering effortlessly in battle with light footwork and unpredictable movements.
Duck King shares a deep connection with South Town's hero, Terry Bogard. Having lost to Terry in their youth, the two developed a subtle relationship as both rivals and friends. He holds a special love for South Town's landmark, the "Pao Pao Cafe," where fighting, dancing, and drinking make up his entire life. For this release, Duck King is voiced by Cedric Williams in English and Anri Katsu in Japanese.
With Duck King's addition, exclusive storylines for him will also be added to the game's "EOST Mode" and "Arcade Mode."
"Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves" is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, and PC (Steam/Epic Games Store). As part of the Season 3 DLC "Revenge Destiny," Duck King will officially launch on August 27, allowing players to experience the unique charm of this "King of Dance" in-game.
