Developed by HazeDenki and published by Serenity Forge (known for titles such as To the Moon, Doki Doki Literature Club Plus!, and Kill the Princess), the dark visual novel Little Sister, Others, Delusional Disorder is now available on Steam. The game is priced at 39 CNY in China, with a limited-time launch discount of 20% OFF, bringing the price down to just 31.2 CNY.
The protagonist of Little Sister, Others, Delusional Disorder is a literature major with a synesthesia-like gift that allows him to perceive the "colors" of others' emotions. After a light novel he wrote unexpectedly wins an award, this ability intensifies, evolving into full-blown mind-reading. What he sees in the hearts of others are jealousy, malice, and suspicions that pierce his fragile psyche. Increasingly alienated from the outside world, he clings tightly to his only solace—his gentle and exceptionally talented younger sister.
This title does not employ linear storytelling; instead, it immerses players directly into the protagonist's distorted worldview. Every interaction is influenced by his warped perception and deepening paranoia. Player choices will guide these relationships toward vastly different, even unsettling endings, while the work itself avoids simple distinctions between right and wrong. Presented in a retro "denpa" style of psychological horror, text floods the screen like waves, leaving players with endless contemplation on themes of guilt, standards of judgment, and the true meaning of happiness.
Little Sister, Others, Delusional Disorder is created and written by renowned creator nyalra, marking the debut title of HazeDenki studio, formed after his solo debut. Ohisashiburi, Aiobahn +81, and Maruino also contributed to the production.
