Path of Exile: Arrival is the standalone Chinese server version of Path of Exile 2, available exclusively on WeGame and not on Steam. Version 1.0 introduces a massive amount of story content, levels, and seasonal updates, and debuts the game's first new class centered around swordsmanship: the Duelist. Featuring fast and sharp melee attacks, this class will bring numerous new ideas and gameplay possibilities to build customization.
Before the official transition to free-to-play, the Chinese server will celebrate the first anniversary of its pre-charge non-wipe launch on September 10. The developers will launch a nationwide peak challenge event, along with limited-time one-yuan access benefits to lower the barrier for more players to experience the game early, and release multiple anniversary rewards to thank veteran players.
Path of Exile: Arrival continues the iconic high-freedom loot-based ARPG experience of Path of Exile, focusing on four core features: free build customization, free combat, free gear farming, and free trading. The international server's version 1.0 launches on December 11, while the Chinese server transitions to free-to-play on December 18. The announcement has sparked heated discussion in the Diablo-like ARPG community, with players anticipating an influx of new players after the transition to free-to-play, further expanding the game's community.
