Marvel Rivals officially launched today, but PC players are encountering some issues that PS5 players do not face.

Developer Arc System Works noted that the PC version had some issues during last month's open beta and promised to fix them with a patch on launch day. However, PC players report that Marvel Rivals still suffers from the same problems as during the beta.

A player on Reddit complained that regardless of PC specs, the PC version of Marvel Rivals suffers from frame drops and stuttering, with optimization that's simply terrible.

"This is an issue Arc System Works needs to address. Even if you're using an RTX 5090 and a Ryzen 7 9800X3D, and set the game to the lowest settings, this still happens."

Players hoping to experience Marvel Rivals on Steam Deck were also disappointed to find that the game won't even launch on Steam OS/Linux.

"This game uses EAC, and I don't even need to mention that EAC is widely supported on Linux. Linux support for EAC is just a simple switch (Valve themselves have said so), which is common knowledge. This is completely different from porting to Switch."
