With only one month left in the warranty period and nearly losing hope, he contacted Zotac USA's support team for the fifth time and unexpectedly received a pleasant surprise.Zotac USA's RMA department stated in an email that management had authorized providing a model ZT-D50900D-10P (i.e., RTX 5090) as a replacement, which could be considered a blessing in disguise.
Based on the serial number, the replacement card should be a Zotac GeForce RTX 5090 SOLID. Notably, this new card comes with only a 30-day warranty instead of the standard 3-year coverage. Zotac stated that the replacement product has passed standard performance tests, but the after-sales policy beyond 30 days remains unclear.
