Developers at Poland's Mass Creation studio revealed that their upcoming fairy tale action roguelike, Swords & Slippers, doubled its wishlist count from 100,000 to 200,000 in just five days. In early August 2026, less than 100 hours after its Steam page went live, the game had already garnered 100,000 wishlists. Now, player support has grown even more enthusiastic.

To celebrate this milestone, the team released a short video showing the game's fairy tale princesses relaxing in a hot spring. The developers wrote in their post: "100,000 → 200,000 wishlists! In just 5 days! The girls deserve a break. But you don't. Keep spreading the word about the game."
Swords & Slippers is an action roguelite set in a dark fairy tale universe. Unlike traditional stories where princesses need saving, here they take up arms themselves to seek revenge on their evil stepmothers who stole their "happily ever after." Playable heroines include Snow White, Little Red Riding Hood, and Rapunzel. The game combines flashy combos, in-battle character switching, roguelike elements, and risqué fan service.
