Remedy Entertainment recently released its latest financial report, revealing that the Steam wishlist count for its new supernatural ARPG, Control: Resonance, has surpassed 1.5 million. Meanwhile, cumulative sales for another of the studio's acclaimed psychological horror titles, Alan Wake 2, have exceeded 3 million.
Control: Resonance is the direct sequel to the critically acclaimed 2019 title, scheduled for official release on September 24. The story follows Dylan Faden, who has been imprisoned by the Federal Bureau of Control (FBC) for many years. As the supernatural crisis intensifies, those who once confined him have pushed him back onto the front lines of battle.
Mysterious cosmic entities are distorting the laws of reality, and Dylan must take up the mantle to confront them. Now he must harness new powers to actively face the countless threats ravaging Manhattan.
