On August 13, the popular indie turn-based RPG "Meow Meow Binding" officially announced that Simplified Chinese translation has been added to the game's public beta version. Once the developers ensure the translation is polished, it will be included in the official release. Japanese, Korean, and Russian translations were also launched alongside it.

"Meow Meow Binding" is a turn-based RPG roguelike co-created by Edmund McMillen (E胖), the creator of the legendary roguelike "The Binding of Isaac," and Tyler Glaiel, the creator of the platform adventure game "The End Is Nigh." In this game, you play as an eccentric character resurrected by scientists, building and nurturing your own army of cats to send them on deep and challenging turn-based adventures. The game features a massive scope, with over 200 hours of main story content, more than a dozen classes each averaging 75 unique skills, over 900 items, 200+ enemies and bosses, and light rogue-like progression mechanics: no two runs are exactly alike. Additionally, you can breed and genetically cultivate invincible super kittens.
The game attracted countless players upon release, easily surpassing one million copies sold within just a few days. However, the lack of Simplified Chinese held many players back. Now that the official Simplified Chinese localization has been released, the game may see a new wave of popularity.
