The former rivals, Battlefield and Call of Duty, are facing off once again!
The Battlefield 6 Season 4 Free Trial Week is now live, running for one week from August 18 to August 25. Although Battlefield 6 has had multiple free trials before, the timing of this one is somewhat delicate, as it coincides with the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Beta open test.
The first beta test for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 will begin this Saturday (August 22) and run until next Wednesday (August 26), as announced in July. This means it partially overlaps with Battlefield 6's newly announced free trial event, which runs until Tuesday (August 25).
Therefore, if players are interested in both titles, they have plenty of time to experience Battlefield 6 over the weekend before diving into the world of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4.
It's worth noting that last year, Activision chose to host a week-long free trial for Black Ops 6 during Battlefield 6's launch window. Just a month after the disappointing release of Black Ops 7, Battlefield 6 also received a one-week free trial in the same manner. Therefore, the recent free trials for the Battlefield series may not be entirely a "coincidence."
Starting August 18, experience the ultimate total war in Battlefield 6 with a limited-time one-week free trial. Fight on various fronts at Tsuru Reef, relive the legendary return of Wake Island, or hone your close-quarters combat skills in the Cairo Bazaar and Haganthal Base.
Enjoy six exciting game modes, including the brand-new "Top Gun: Carrier Showdown." Download Battlefield 6, gather your squad, and create your own legendary Battlefield moments across land, sea, and air battles.
Battlefield 6 Free Trial Week features four game modes and four maps, including the latest Wake Island and Tsuru Reef maps.
