Koei Tecmo's acclaimed game Nioh 3 has released its first DLC, "Keian Hell Transformation," today. It brings a new story, characters, equipment, special abilities, and various other changes.
The story of Nioh 3's first DLC, "Keian Hell Transformation," takes place in the new Edo period Keian region. It follows the protagonist, Takechiyo, who is guided by a mysterious dreamscape to embark on a new adventure through time.
· Additionally, new weapons are introduced: the Samurai-style Shield Spear and the Ninja-style Shinobi Shield Spear. These new weapons combine sharp spearheads with sturdy shields, offering both offensive and defensive capabilities.
· The DLC also adds a new difficulty level, "Path of Enlightenment," which is harder than "Path of the Shogun." It includes new Guardian Spirits, Martial Skills, Amrita Absorption, Onmyo Magic, powerful new equipment, Soul Cores, and higher + levels for gear.
