Paramount Pictures has released the latest trailer for the live-action Street Fighter movie, based on the game series. The trailer largely focuses on the unresolved tensions between Ryu and Ken Masters. Played by Andrew Koji, Ryu was once the world's strongest fighter before retiring from the scene. Noah Centineo plays Ken, a flamboyant American fighter who has lived in Ryu's shadow for years but now finds himself in dire straits. Chun-Li, portrayed by Lana Condor, steps in to draw them both into the World Warrior Tournament, believing Ken needs his former partner, even though they have grown distant.
Filming wrapped in Australia last year, with Legendary Pictures and Capcom collaborating on the production. Paramount Pictures will release the film on October 16. It runs nearly two hours and is rated PG-13.
