AMD launched the Radeon RX 9050 for the entry-level market at the end of last month, featuring the Navi 44 chip.
Initially, the official website only listed information for the Radeon RX 9050 8GB. With the release of the AMD Software Adrenalin Edition 26.8.1 driver, which added support for the Radeon RX 9050 4GB, a corresponding product page has now been added. The main specifications for the 4GB and 8GB VRAM versions are consistent, with the primary difference being the memory itself: the 4GB version has exactly half the capacity, bus width, and bandwidth of the 8GB model. Additionally, the Infinity Cache is also halved, reduced from 32MB to 16MB. As expected, although both are Radeon RX 9050 models, the performance of the 4GB version will undoubtedly be significantly worse than that of the 8GB version.
The Radeon RX 9050 features 1024 stream processors, with game and boost clocks of 1920MHz and 2600MHz respectively. The 4GB and 8GB VRAM versions correspond to 64-bit and 128-bit bus widths, both using GDDR6 memory at 18Gbps. The total board power is 92W, and a power supply with a rated output of 450W is recommended. For display outputs, it comes with a standard configuration of one HDMI 2.1b port and two DisplayPort 2.1a ports.
