According to Bloomberg reporter Jason Schreier, Rockstar's internal team has long been aware that the leak is still unfolding, with employees generally feeling "frustrated and exhausted," a sentiment that is entirely understandable. To boost team morale, Rockstar publicly condemned the leakers and stated that it is "mobilizing all hands" to trace the source of the leaked video footage.

This controversial regulation requires all employees to work on-site during intense development cycles.
