In the extended preview, we saw a carefully crafted car chase scene where the protagonists evade police pursuit. Rockstar revealed that the driving experience in GTA 6 draws on the realism of GTA IV while remaining as accessible as GTA V.

In an interview, Nelson stated that the team kept the best parts of the first two games, removed the bad ones, and integrated them into the latest installment.

Just watching this extended demo gives you a sense of the driving realism; you can feel the weight of the vehicles, unlike in GTA V, which felt more like an arcade game. Moreover, the visuals don't look as jarring as in previous entries.

Nelson mentioned that the driving experience was built from the ground up specifically for current-generation hardware. Players have better control over Everythinggj, including tires and suspension, steering, and driving across various terrains.
