Capcom has announced an expansion to the free demo for its upcoming samurai action game, Onimusha: Way of the Sword. A new trailer was released alongside the announcement.

This demo update unlocks the new area "Oni Hideout," where players can experience intense sword-fighting action. In addition to battling various Phantom Demons, you can also face off against the formidable boss "Daitara!"
Onimusha: Way of the Sword will launch on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam) on September 4, 2026.
