On August 21, Square Enix revealed new information about the latest entry in its series, Dragon Quest Monsters: Wonderland 4. The adventure setting and companions have been unveiled, and the game is confirmed for a simultaneous worldwide release on December 3, 2026.
· The main adventure takes place in the "Ruined Kingdom," once a lush city blessed by the Holy Island but now drastically transformed by dark forces. Players must destroy the Dark Crystals scattered throughout the land to restore the kingdom's vitality.
· Characters such as the King of the Ruined Kingdom, one of the rulers of the Demon World, Gelgama who spreads the Dark Crystals, the self-proclaimed legendary genius monster master Ada, and her partner will make their appearances.
· The Ruined Kingdom consists of various regions, each with distinct climates, cultures, and landscapes, offering diverse and enjoyable exploration experiences.
· Various monsters with different abilities are found throughout the land. Players can recruit them through battles and puzzles, building a monster army to aid in their adventure.
