Today (August 26), at the Opening Night Live of Gamescom 2026, a new trailer for Heroes of Might and Magic III: Remastered was revealed, showcasing redesigned adventure maps, towns, heroes, creatures, and tactical combat.

Heroes of Might and Magic III: Remastered will include the original game along with the Armageddon's Blade and The Shadow of Death expansions, featuring nine classic factions and the original campaigns. A new prologue campaign and newly produced cutscenes have been added to reconnect the classic storylines. The game supports online play for up to 8 players, with an improved matchmaking system and synchronized turn-based mechanics, while retaining the classic hot-seat mode, allowing players to engage in multiplayer battles both online and offline.
