Before launching the Dark Arisen expansion, Capcom released a new free update for Dragon's Dogma 2. In addition to improving performance and gameplay experience, the update removed the game's anti-piracy protection, Denuvo, replacing it with another solution (likely Enigma). References to Denuvo have also disappeared from the Steam store page.
