Demanding excessive and unreasonable compensation or apologies

Verbal threats, profanity, defamation, etc.

Making demands unrelated to products or services

Condescending attitude

Discrimination or sexual harassment

Personal attacks against employees

Unauthorized entry into company offices and unwarranted demands for face-to-face meetings
