Marvel has officially released the trailer for the upgraded blockbuster Avengers: Endgame. Titled "Encore," the film will return to theaters on September 25.

This re-release version runs for 3 hours and 5 minutes, 4 minutes longer than the original 2019 cut. The additional runtime includes previously unreleased footage: extended transition scenes featuring Tony Stark, Steve Rogers, and Loki, a modified opening sequence, and a post-credits scene that serves as a bridge to the upcoming film Avengers 5: Doomsday.
This new ending is particularly noteworthy: it aims to connect the events of Endgame with Robert Downey Jr.'s future appearance as the main antagonist, marking his return as Doctor Doom.
Avengers 5: Doomsday is scheduled for release on December 18, 2026. This film will mark the beginning of the concluding chapter of the "Multiverse Saga," followed by its sequel, Avengers: Secret Wars.
