Nintendo's booth at Gamescom is located in Hall 9, with free admission. Players will have the opportunity to experience this critically acclaimed Bond origin story firsthand on the Switch 2 for the first time. Previously launched on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on May 27, the game surpassed 1.5 million copies sold across all platforms within the first 24 hours, earning high praise from both media and players.

An exact release date for the Switch 2 version has not yet been announced, with officials previously only promising a "Summer 2026" launch. According to retail sources, the physical edition may adopt Nintendo's new "Game-Key Card" format—meaning the case contains no game data and serves solely as a download voucher.

This third-person action-adventure game blends IO Interactive's signature stealth and action gameplay, chronicling the complete journey of 26-year-old James Bond from his recruitment by MI6 from the Royal Naval Air Service to his eventual rise as a 00-level agent. Centered on "creative multi-solution" gameplay, players can freely choose between stealth, combat, or cunning strategies to complete missions.

The game features Patrick Gibson as a young Bond and Lennie James as his mentor, John Greenway. The theme song was co-created by Lana Del Rey and David Arnold. The main storyline spans approximately 20 hours and includes over a dozen independent mission levels set in locations around the world.
