As is well known, the world's richest man, Elon Musk, is also a gaming enthusiast who enjoys titles such as Diablo IV and Path of Exile 2. However, he has expressed his intention to skip GTA VI, one of the most anticipated games of 2026.
According to media reports, Musk previously discussed his experience playing Grand Theft Auto V. He said he only played for a short while, but the opening scene required shooting police officers to progress the story, something he found himself unable to do, even in a game.
Therefore, Musk believes he won't play GTA VI, as it is also a crime-themed game.
In response, some netizens commented that fortunately, shooting police officers in Cyberpunk 2077 is optional, not mandatory. They also noted that he hasn't completed Grand Theft Auto V either.
Games often feature protagonists who break the law or resort to violence, but targeting police officers seems a bit much even for Musk. Nevertheless, this sparked widespread mockery on social media.
"They're just pixels, man," one reply read, reminding Musk that he hadn't actually shot real-life police officers. Another person jokingly asked if he "follows traffic rules and stops at all red lights."
