Publisher 505 Games and developer ArtPlay announced that the sequel to Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, Bloodstained: Crimson Pact, has been delayed. The release has been pushed back from the originally planned 2026 to 2027, launching on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam.
Producer Koji Igarashi explained in the video: "I'd like to share some information about our new title, Bloodstained: Crimson Pact. We have decided to postpone the game's release date to 2027.
Currently, the game's development has entered its final stages. We've included some recent screenshots in our blog post. We also hope to share some gameplay demo videos with you soon.
We understand this is disappointing news for our fans, but everyone on the development team is working hard to make the game as good as possible. We sincerely thank you for your continued support."
