According to Microsoft's official anomaly description, this issue causes random warning notifications stating that Defender is disabled during startup or daily use.
When users check the system settings page, all protection features appear enabled, and the security software is actually running normally in the background.
What troubles users even more is that even if they actively disable related notification permissions in system settings, these false alarms continue to appear, causing significant disruption to daily operations.
