Capcom has released a new trailer for the major expansion "Beyond" of Monster Hunter Wilds, focusing on the "Enhanced Moves" system for the Bow weapon and showcasing its new combat performance in the expansion.

The trailer highlights several core enhanced abilities of the Bow:
Close-Range Burst Fire:Unleash powerful firepower at point-blank range, compensating for the Bow's previous shortcomings in close-quarters combat;
Arrow Power Enhancement:Increases arrow damage and piercing capability, making ranged attacks more formidable;
All-Range Combat Expert:Capable of flexibly handling various battle situations at any range, further solidifying the Bow's position as an all-purpose weapon.
Judging from the trailer, the Bow's enhanced moves significantly improve its self-preservation and counterattack capabilities in close-quarters encounters, while retaining its consistent advantage in ranged damage output. For bow users accustomed to hit-and-run tactics, these new moves are expected to greatly enhance combat pace and skill ceiling, offering more options when facing fast-moving or close-range压制型 monsters.
Monster Hunter Wilds is now available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam), with a Nintendo Switch 2 version currently in development. The major expansion "Beyond" is scheduled for release in 2027.
