Focus Entertainment and Asobo Studio are pleased to officially announce the launch trailer for A Plague Tale: Requiem. The trailer premiered during the Opening Night Live show at Gamescom, just days before the game launches on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on August 27. Set to a new rendition of Depeche Mode's classic song "Enjoy the Silence," the trailer takes players on one final deep dive into the world of Requiem, exploring themes of loss, betrayal, and fate.

Blending dynamic melee combat, exploration, environmental puzzles, and a story-driven adventure, A Plague Tale: Requiem presents this classic world crafted by Asobo Studio from a new perspective. As players explore a parallel story set in the Minoan era, they will gradually uncover Sophia's origins, discover long-buried secrets tied to the island, and learn more about the origins of the Rat Swarm itself. A Plague Tale: Requiem will launch on August 27, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. Pre-orders are now open on all platforms. The game will be available on Xbox Game Pass from day one and supports Xbox Play Anywhere.
The Collector's Edition of A Plague Tale: Requiem is now available for pre-order in Europe. This premium edition, centered around Sophia's adventure, includes a series of exclusive collectibles inspired by the game's world.
