During the latest Nintendo Direct, Nintendo unveiled a trailer for the NS2 version of Pikmin 4. The game is scheduled for release on November 12, 2026. Check out the video below!

The biggest highlight of the NS2 version is the use of the console's built-in microphone, allowing players to give voice commands directly to their search-and-rescue dogs, such as directing their movements or even praising them. Additionally, a new mode called "Dandori Academy" has been added, where players must complete treasure-hunting missions within a time limit. This mode includes 72 levels, three difficulty settings, and weekly challenges. The visuals will also be significantly enhanced to leverage the NS2's performance.
