One disaster after another, one major blunder following the next. During the PS4 era, they were my favorite gaming company, but seriously, how did you alienate everyone so quickly? Meanwhile, Xbox is capitalizing on this, preparing for a major comeback in the next generation. Sony is making a true generational mistake.
