Early this morning, the highly acclaimed battle royale tactical FPS "WARDOGS" officially launched into Early Access. Sales have already surpassed 1 million copies. This new title aims to reshape the currently chaotic multiplayer competitive FPS market, delivering genuine battlefield fun to players. The game is scheduled to launch on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S platforms in 2028.
WARDOGS is a total war-style first-person shooter that combines tactical gunplay, combined arms operations, and construction and destruction mechanics within a large-scale military sandbox supporting up to 100 players.
The game mode is inspired by "King of the Hill." Three teams will compete for control of a randomly generated 2x2 km "control zone" on a 256 square kilometer map. The team with the most players in the control zone earns points, and the first team to reach 100 points wins the match. The random shifting of the control zone's location, combined with each player's unique tactical choices, ensures that every match is one-of-a-kind.
