Core Keeper Surpasses 6 Million Players Worldwide; New Free Major Content Update Brings More Ways to Explore
Get ready to mount up and venture into the underground! The popular sandbox adventure game Core Keeper will release its major free content update, "Underground Riders," on September 21, bringing players a refreshed adventure experience.
Core Keeper - "Underground Riders" Update Trailer
The "Underground Riders" update will be released for free to all Core Keeper players on PC and consoles, introducing a rideable mount system for the first time and offering new ways to explore the mysterious underground world. Friendly bovine creatures in the game can now be ridden as mounts, and various new commands will be added: players can order them to stay put, roam freely, or follow along, making them adorable adventure companions.
The "Underground Riders" update will also introduce a new "Grapple Hook." With this handy grappling tool, adventurers can leap over deep pits and crevices, allowing them to explore farther reaches without needing to build roads or bridges.
Meanwhile, a new sub-biome—the "Moss" area—will appear in the corners of the "Forgotten Ruins." Lush green vegetation will cover the ancient stone ruins, bringing a completely different landscape to the wasteland.
In addition to the core features above, the "Underground Riders" update will add several new pets with unique abilities, as well as new weapons, accessories, and armor, along with various quality-of-life improvements and gameplay optimizations.
