Capcom has released a new trailer for the major expansion "Overcome" for Monster Hunter Wilds, focusing on enhanced moves for the Lance weapon. The demonstration includes high-speed thrusts and more powerful counterattacks.
This trailer is themed around a detailed explanation of the Lance's amplified moves. Using the "Amplification Bracers," players can perform slam attacks and charges, followed by rapid consecutive thrusts against their targets.
The demo also showcases the Lance's ability to counter after taking hits. Players can return incoming force with greater power, further highlighting the weapon's blend of offensive and defensive mechanics.
Monster Hunter Wilds is now available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Steam, with a Nintendo Switch 2 version currently in development. The major expansion "Overcome" is scheduled for release in 2027.
