Seattle—September 14, 2026—In the latest tinyBuild Connect presentation, independent game publisher tinyBuild announced several new updates and titles, including two new games: Crab横行, a Roguelite city-builder based on giant moving crustaceans; and Road to Jukai, a first-person psychological horror game centered around nighttime taxi driving in Japan's remote mountainous regions.
Crab横行
From Hypnohead, the acclaimed developers of The Gaze, comes Crab横行, a Roguelite city-building game where your city is built atop a giant creature. Choose your eight-legged mount and rider, merge buildings, unlock upgrades, and transform your city as you journey through the post-apocalyptic wasteland. After all, space is quite limited on the back of a giant crab, making every decision crucial!
No two crabs follow the same path. Each game session brings different challenges and opportunities, allowing you to build your city in new ways. For those who know how to navigate this wasteland, opportunities are everywhere. Will you expand your army, boost production, or focus on keeping your mount moving forward? Players can experience complete strategic fun in short Roguelite runs: build, fight, carve a path, and then start over with accumulated experience.

Players take on the role of a night-shift taxi driver in a remote area of Japan, driving their taxi and ferrying passengers between towns surrounded by eerie forests. Keep your eyes on the road, but don't let your guard down—the passengers who hop in after sunset are never as simple as they seem.
A new demo for Road to Jukai is now available, with a Steam release scheduled for 2027.
