"The Mummy 4" is currently in production, with on-set photos revealing Rachel Weisz's return as Evelyn O'Connell. This marks her reappearance in the role after sitting out the previous film.
Weisz did not appear in "The Mummy 3," where the role of Evelyn was recast with Maria Bello. Weisz last played Evelyn in 2001.
Prior to these photos emerging, Brendan Fraser, who plays Rick O'Connell, was spotted on the London set earlier this month. It has been 18 years since he last portrayed Rick. Oded Fehr also recently shared footage of himself undergoing makeup transformation.
In the photos shared on social media, Weisz is seen wearing a jacket, a polka-dot skirt, a wide-brimmed hat, and gloves, holding what appears to be an early walkie-talkie or radio device. The images showcase Evelyn's on-set look for this installment.
