Valve plans to launch the Steam Autumn Sale at 1:00 AM Beijing Time on October 2, with the event expected to run until 1:00 AM on October 9. SteamDB has also started its countdown for the event.
The Autumn Sale is one of Steam's four annual seasonal sales. Seasonal sales typically feature a large number of participating games; the Halloween sale does not fall into this category and usually focuses on horror and zombie-themed titles. After the Autumn Sale, the next seasonal sale won't be until December 18.
Specific discounts have not yet been confirmed. "Miner's Dig," released in late May, and "Elliot's Millennium Tale," released in June, have both participated in promotions previously, so they may see price reductions again this time.
Regarding the physics-based fishing game "Fishing Force," the developers stated that they might showcase some new content during the Autumn Sale, though related updates have not yet been confirmed.
Some existing discounts may also carry over into the Autumn Sale period. The Steam store page for "Persona 3 Reload" shows the discount ending on October 2, while Atlus's official website lists the end date as October 8. However, for other games without a clearly announced extension, existing discounts may not automatically continue.
