Raw Fury officially announces that the highly anticipated sequel to the monster-collecting RPG Cassette Beasts series—Cassette Beasts 2002—will be released in March 2027.
Developed by Bytten Studio, Cassette Beasts 2002 is the new sequel to the monster-collecting RPG Cassette Beasts. Continuing the series' signature retro style and turn-based combat, this installment takes players to Nodnol—a nostalgic city inspired by early 21st-century London.
As the worlds of humans and monsters intertwine, players will delve deep into this familiar yet strange world, uncovering the conspiracy secretly orchestrated by a mysterious occultist, and transform into over 250 different monsters using the power of cassettes.
Whether you're a veteran who has already embarked on the New Wirral adventure or a newcomer to the Cassette Beasts series, Cassette Beasts 2002 offers a brand-new journey that can be enjoyed independently. Unique monsters, strategic battles, and more unknown secrets await you in Nodnol.
Cassette Beasts 2002 will launch in March 2027 on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox PC, Steam, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch 2.
