Great Wall's 230-watt desktop PC power supply is now available in China, targeting low-power computers. The manufacturer claims that its internal circuit board features a special protective coating to resist insects, moisture, and dust.
Compared to the 750 to 850-watt power supplies commonly found in gaming PCs, this product has a lower rated power. Its target devices include office computers, POS systems, industrial PCs, and other machines using integrated graphics, such as systems equipped with 35-watt processors.
A protective coating covers the printed circuit board inside the power supply. Great Wall states that this design reduces the impact of insects, moisture, and dust on the circuit board, making it suitable for complex environments such as workshops and warehouses.
This power supply also features over-voltage, over-current, over-power, and short-circuit protection. The manufacturer claims it can operate at altitudes of up to 5,000 meters. It comes with non-detachable colored cables and a three-year warranty; currently priced at around $22 in China, though the power cord is not included in the package.
