Tahaluf announced that the inaugural Kingdom of Gaming will be held from December 1 to 3, 2026, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with companies like Ubisoft already confirmed to participate. The event will take place at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center (Malham), focusing on investment and development in the gaming industry, targeting publishers, developers, investors, and technology companies.
Organizers expect the inaugural event to attract over 20,000 attendees, 500 studios and developers, 300 exhibitors and sponsors, and 200 investors. Representatives from game development, publishing, technology, investment, government agencies, and esports will use this opportunity to seek collaboration and investment opportunities.
The first batch of companies announced as part of the "Global Gaming Leaders" includes Savvy Games Group, Ubisoft, and Roblox, with more companies expected to be revealed before the December opening. Tuwaiq Academy, NEOM, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) are listed as founding partners; PUBG MOBILE, Unreal Engine, Tencent Cloud, Impact46, and Merak Capital are also among the confirmed participants.
During the event, more than 200 speakers will take the stage across four stages, covering topics such as investment, publishing, game development, technology, talent development, and esports. Confirmed speakers include Ian Livingstone, co-founder of Hiro Capital, and Riley Russell, head of Kojima Productions USA. The event will also feature workshops, training sessions, investor meetings, and roundtable discussions for corporate executives.
The talent development program KoG Academy will host "Made in the Kingdom," supported by Unreal Engine, providing creators with opportunities to develop and showcase their work at the event. PUBG MOBILE also plans to bring its user-generated content project "Amazing World," showcasing content created by Saudi student developers in the exhibition area.
Amr Sager, Chief of Staff at Savvy Games Group, stated that Riyadh brings together industry companies, investment and technology partners, and the player community, helping to drive future collaborations. Annabelle Mander, Executive Vice President of Tahaluf, said the organizers aim to make Riyadh a global hub for business negotiations in the gaming industry.
In addition to B2B meetings and negotiations, Kingdom of Gaming will also host events for general players. The cybersecurity event Black Hat MEA will be held at the same venue. Tickets are now on sale on the official website.
