The demo for Hero Management Agency launched on Steam on September 29. Players take on the role of a journalist who has infiltrated the national organization "Hero Management Bureau," reviewing superhero deployment requests while investigating an explosion that occurred in a low-income area 20 years ago. The demo offers approximately 30 to 40 minutes of gameplay and supports Japanese text display.
This simulation game was developed by indigoblue, an independent studio from South Korea. To obtain investigative materials, the protagonist joins the agency as a new clerk in the Operations Department. Daily tasks involve checking superhero deployment requests against manual regulations item by item, then deciding whether to approve or reject them; repeated mistakes may lead to the protagonist's dismissal.
Outside of work, players can access the agency's internal network and database, gradually piecing together the truth behind the explosion from scattered records. After uncovering the facts, players must decide whether to publish their findings as a journalist or remain silent in accordance with their duties as an administrative clerk.
The demo covers application reviews and investigations into past cases. The full version of Hero Management Agency is currently scheduled for release in Q1 2027.
