Next Stage has announced that the Steam store page for the tank action game SLAM TANK has been live for five days, with over 50,000 wishlists. The game has not yet been released, so wishlist numbers do not reflect sales.
SLAM TANK focuses on close-quarters combat. Players can swing their cannon barrels and ram enemies with their tanks, rather than just firing from a distance. The game offers three tanks with different fighting styles, allowing players to choose one to battle against AI-controlled mechanical enemies.
Movement is also part of combat. Players can traverse the arena using boost pads and ramps, chaining together attacks through drifting and aerial tricks.
The development team stated they will continue to invest in production, striving to create a game that fans will love. SLAM TANK is planned for release on PC via Steam, but no specific launch date has been announced yet.
