Rockstar recently confirmed that GTA VI will not include Florida tourist destinations such as Orlando, Walt Disney World, and Universal Studios, but will still deliver a "complete Florida experience" through other content.
When asked whether Central Florida and its local attractions would appear in the game in some form, Rockstar's Jack McPherson gave the above response. He stated that the team needs to evaluate a wide range of elements—such as terrain, towns, buildings, landmarks, and vegetation—and then decide which content to include based on design and narrative requirements.
The game will also not feature SeaWorld or the "Space Coast," including the Cape Canaveral launch site. GTA VI centers on Vice City, a fictionalized version of Miami, which is quite far from Orlando.
