LEGO has partnered with Toei Animation to launch its first Dragon Ball brick set, "Shenron and Goku." This display model, designed for adult fans, consists of 1,764 pieces and is scheduled to go on sale at LEGO stores on November 4.
The set depicts Shenron rising from behind the seven Dragon Balls, with young Goku appearing in the model riding the Flying Nimbus. Once completed, the model stands approximately 12.5 inches tall.
The set is priced at £129.99 in the UK. Consumers with free LEGO Insider membership can purchase it early on November 1, three days before the planned release date at LEGO stores.
Before the full reveal of the set, LEGO released a teaser focusing on the Dragon Ball elements. Federico Begher, Senior Vice President of Product, Marketing, and Development at LEGO, stated in a press release that "Shenron and Goku" is just the beginning of their collaboration.
