KRAFTON announced that Last Epoch, the action RPG developed by its creative studio Eleventh Hour Games (EHG), has officially launched its fifth season, "Wrath of the Frostborn."
This update introduces new content, "Wrath of Moditus." Players can activate Blood Crystals to fend off waves of enemies and earn rewards. They can also use acquired resources and rituals to adjust the type and quality of rewards according to their preferred playstyle. Additionally, the update adds the boss Moditus and the ultimate boss "Peak Moditus," offering richer combat challenges. Three new skills, along with new Unique and Set items, provide players with more options for character builds and gear combinations.
With the launch of the Season 5 update, EHG co-founder Mike Weicker has officially taken on the role of Game Director for Last Epoch. Weicker has been involved in the development of Last Epoch since its early stages in 2017, spanning over nine years. Building on the development philosophy established by EHG CEO Judd Cobler, he will lead the game's future development and long-term operations.
