American Truck Simulator has released the "Road Trip: Ford" DLC, allowing players to drive licensed regular road vehicles in addition to hauling cargo with trucks. Following the DLC's release, the game's peak concurrent players on Steam reached 21,318, setting a new all-time record.
This DLC includes the Ford F-150, Bronco, Crown Victoria, and the 1967 Mustang. Players can drive these vehicles at their own pace or take on new delivery job types. The vehicle pack is priced at approximately $8.
Developer SCS Software announced on Bluesky that the game's all-time concurrent player record has been broken, with over 20,000 players online at the time. SteamDB reported a peak of 21,318 players, surpassing the 19,138 players recorded when the game launched in 2016.
