It is reported that employees with at least one year of service currently enjoy 30 days of paid annual leave; those who have completed their three-month probation but have less than a year of service receive two days of annual leave per month; and new hires are immediately eligible for 10 days of flexible leave. These benefit arrangements have once again drawn external attention to Pang Dong Lai's continuous investment in employee care.

As is well known, Pang Dong Lai has become a focal point of public discussion due to its unique employee benefits policies and successful market expansion strategies. In the highly competitive retail industry, Pang Dong Lai stands out with its innovative management model and corporate culture. The annual leave benefits enjoyed by its employees have not only sparked widespread discussion domestically but have also become a benchmark case in the field of corporate management.

Previously, Yu Donglai stated in a live stream that Pang Dong Lai's original intention was to integrate excellent traditional Chinese culture into its corporate culture, permeating every position, so that employees feel care and support, rather than just striving for survival.

Notably, Pang Dong Lai has also specially established 10 days of "Unhappy Leave," which managers cannot refuse to approve; doing so would be a violation of regulations. Yu Donglai stated that the company hopes employees can freely decide their own rest time, allowing everyone to fully relax and recharge outside of work.

Everyone has moments of unhappiness; it's only human nature. When people actually have this kind of "Unhappy Leave," many end up feeling happier. This is because it means they have received understanding and support from their company, allowing them to feel a balance between work and life.
