Sony has confirmed that the new film in the police-comedy franchise, 24 Jump Street, will be released on December 10, 2027. Channing Tatum, Jonah Hill, and Ice Cube will return to their roles.
Despite the "24" in the title, this film is actually the third installment in the series. The new movie was previously announced, and its release date has now been confirmed.
The franchise had previously planned a crossover film bringing together the characters from 21 Jump Street and Men in Black, but that project ultimately fell through. The currently in-production 24 Jump Street features a screenplay by Jonah Hill and Meghan Malloy, with Rodney Rothman directing.
