GameRant lists October 6 as a release date worth noting for Xbox players, as both Gears of War: E-Day and Star Wars: Galactic Racers are scheduled to launch on that day.
Gears of War: E-Day is currently in Early Access, with its official release set for October 6. At that time, players will be able to enter the game without paying the additional Early Access fee, and it will also be available to Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass subscribers. The game serves as a prequel to the original Gears of War, focusing on the early stages of the Locust invasion, with Marcus and Dom making their return.
The other title launching on Xbox Series X/S on the same day, Star Wars: Galactic Racers, is a racing-themed game offering a single-player campaign with light roguelike elements as well as multiplayer modes. The article highlights the simultaneous release of these two games as its main focus and mentions that there are other Xbox game releases planned for later in October.
