Steam is offering a 75% discount on Death Stranding Director's Cut, with the sale running until October 9. Developed by Kojima Productions, the game centers around the experience of delivering cargo.
Players take on the role of Sam Porter Bridges, traveling across a North America isolated by the "Death Stranding" phenomenon to deliver supplies, accompanied by an infant known as BB. BB helps players detect mysterious entities called BTs; however, BB may cry when the player loses balance or comes under attack, requiring soothing.
In addition to traversal and delivery, the game features an asynchronous multiplayer system called the "Social Strand System." Structures built by players in their world may appear in other players' worlds for them to use. Actors such as Norman Reedus and Mads Mikkelsen appear in the game.
The PC Director's Cut included in this Steam sale also features Photo Mode, high frame rate support, and ultra-wide screen compatibility. The 75% discount will last until October 9.
