The story for Physint has been written, but the script is not yet complete. The cast announced so far includes Bill Skarsgård, Charlee Foster, and Don Lee. The project is also somehow connected to the Cold War, though the exact nature of this connection remains unclear.
Kojima also reflected on how his collaboration with Bill Skarsgård began. Woodkid, who is working on the Death Stranding 2 soundtrack, knows the actor and facilitated contact after learning that Skarsgård is a fan of Kojima's work.
