Game Content Updates

Combat Experience Updates

Season 5 includes a range of balance updates covering weapons, classes, vehicles, and anti-vehicle gameplay. These changes focus on giving each class’s tools clearer roles, improving the balance between infantry and vehicles, and continuing to refine how different weapons perform across various engagement ranges.

Beyond what we’ve covered today, there’s more coming this season. We’ll soon share a full reveal with further details on all the new content rolling out throughout the season.

In the meantime, we want to dive deeper into some of the gameplay changes and improvements launching with Season 5.

Vehicle Optimizations

In Season 5, we continue to refine the balance between vehicles and anti-vehicle tools, with a series of adjustments that clarify the strengths and weaknesses for both sides of the engagement.

Armored vehicles have seen adjustments to health regeneration, directional damage, and weak points, making vehicle positioning and hit location more important. Anti-air capabilities are also being refined: both mobile and stationary anti-air guns will be improved, and changes are coming to reconnaissance helicopter rockets and their resupply times.

We’re also refining vehicle loadouts to give weapons and ammo types clearer roles, updating guided missiles, and adjusting anti-vehicle tools like the M15 AT Mine and PTKM-1R. Air vehicle resupply will now be differentiated by vehicle type, and we’ve made experience improvements to visibility when using high-velocity shells.

These changes collectively aim to make vehicle combat more consistent, while giving greater meaning to positioning, loadout choices, and countermeasures.
