Sharma cited Blizzard's Battle.net as an example, noting its stable user base and retention rates comparable to Steam. She also mentioned the position of the Microsoft Store in China, as well as Xbox's efforts in pre-installation and promotion through device manufacturers.

Discussing pre-installations, Sharma noted that World of Warcraft has shown good results and conversion, though she did not provide specific comparative data. The one billion figure refers to the scale of Windows devices, not the current number of Xbox users or any announced new user acquisition targets.

Regarding developer partnerships, Sharma acknowledged that it is currently not easy for external teams to collaborate with Xbox. She proposed simplifying objectives, adjusting the Partner Center, and cleaning up and improving related interfaces.
